Jazz summer in Dubna

On 5 June, an evening was held at the Blokhintsev Universal Library, organized by Head of the Jazz Dance Studio “Sharm” Marina Kislova and the singer Elena Chudina.

Accompanied by an electric guitar and synthesizer, songs by Louis Armstrong, Henry Mancini, Bird Howard and other jazz artists were performed. Rhythmic dancing: swing, slow swing, twist and urban blues mesmerized the audience.

Elena Chudina told our newspaper, "We have long been friends with the founder of the dance group M. Kislova. Last summer, we danced and sang rock and roll, we had a stylish summer. There were wonderful venues and the same wonderful concerts, we had a lot of fun. We called this summer "Jazz is only summer" and decided that we would sing and dance jazz. The next performance will be held on 18 July at Molodezhnaya Polyana. Come have fun!"
