JINR researchers' performance evaluation system

The JINR Department of Innovation and Intellectual Property announces that on 2 June, a certificate of state registration of an intelligent performance evaluation system for the employees of research organizations was issued to the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. The authors are Anastasia Kovaleva (Human Resources and Records Management Department) and Artem Korobitsin (VBLHEP).

The programme is aimed at developing personalized reports on the results of performance of the researchers of scientific organizations for the reporting period. It analyzes the performance indicators of the organization's researchers, including the number of the completed tasks, the quality of research and compliance with deadlines. Key features include the ability of the system to analyze cooperation between employees, to identify the most effective teams, as well as to evaluate the impact of various management decisions on labor performance. The result of the programme is a report that reflects quantification of the contribution of each researcher for the selected period to the activities of a scientific organization.
