Meetings, discussions, publications

On 18 - 24 May, the representatives of MLIT Directorate visited the Republic of Armenia. In Yerevan, MLIT Director Sergey Shmatov, MLIT Deputy Director Mikhail Plyashkevich and MLIT Chief Engineer Andrey Dolbilov held a series of meetings in partner scientific organizations.

The development of cooperation was discussed and the areas of the scientific activity of MLIT and the latest results of the Laboratory were presented. The delegation visited the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems of NAS RA and the Aznavour supercomputer, the Russian-Armenian University and the Yerevan Physics Institute. The members of the MLIT delegation met with Plenipotentiary Representative of Armenia to JINR Artur Movsisyan. At this meeting, the unification of computing power of MLIT and scientific organizations of Armenia was discussed.

MLIT Deputy Director Ochbadrakh Chuluunbaatar collaborated with the colleagues from the Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan.

Some of the results obtained during the collaboration were sent for publication to the scientific journal Physical Review A.
