Publications about the great scientist

Since 23 March, a literature exhibition dedicated to the JINR Foundation Day has been opening in the JINR Science and Technology Library.

This year, the exhibition that has long become a tradition, is dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the outstanding scientist, founder and first director of FLNR Academician G.N.Flerov. Georgy Nikolaevich's talent of an experimental physicist, exceptional persistence and sense of purpose in solving the most difficult tasks in nuclear physics revealed in his first independent papers. The whole creative path of the talented scientist, his scientific and organizational activities are reflected in books, journal articles, preprints, reports at international conferences and symposiums, presented at the exhibition. Anniversary collections dedicated to G.N.Flerov contain sketches of his career, interesting photographs and bibliography of his papers. A new book-album "Academician Georgy Nikolaevich Flerov" is of particular interest.
