AYSS Seminars: Statistics of the First Year

On 19 May, 2022, the first AYSS seminar was held at the JINR Scientists' Club. During this time, the participants have listened to 18 wonderful reports on various topics: from social to basic research across the whole spectrum of the Institute's scientific tasks.

In general, these seminars have been attended by 755 people, almost 300 questions have been asked to the speakers (we cannot but mention the most active listeners in terms of questions: Natalia Kolomoets, Alexey Zhevlakov, Nugzar Makhaldiani and Lyudmila Kolupaeva), 695 cups of coffee have been drunk.

The maximum number of listeners, 76 people, was at A.Pikelner's seminar. According to the survey, the most memorable seminar was held by I.Zinkovskaya.

The Organizing Committee currently consists of seven people. They are A.Aparin, I.Kolesnikova, L.Kolupaeva, V.Maslova, I.Pelevanyuk, D.Pugachev, V.Rozhkov.

We thank all the listeners for their attention and interest, as well as our brilliant speakers that have agreed to share their invaluable experience and knowledge.

Seminars will start on 19 January. There will be many more fascinating presentations to come from the truly inexhaustible list of scientific tasks of the Institute, as well as speeches related to administrative and social issues.
