How to make an appointment through the portal "State Services"?

1. Follow the link http://msch9fmba.ru/5162-2.

2. In the window that appears, click on the blue button "State Services".

3. You have navigated to the State Services Portal. The first five steps are simple. Enter your username and password, verify the data and click on "True/Next/Continue".

4. In this step, you need to delete "Moscow Region", if you are registered in another region, you need to put your permanent registration area and select "Federal Medical and Biological Agency".

5. Next, you need to select the "Make an appointment with a doctor" button.

In the window that appears on the left, enter the word "Dubna", in the drop-down list select:

for an appointment with a therapist - "The Medical Unit No.9 of the FMBA of Russia, the therapeutic department of the Polyclinic for adults";

for an appointment with narrow specialists - "The Medical Unit No.9 of the FMBA of Russia, Polyclinic for adults."

6. Select a doctor, date and convenient time. Click the "Make an appointment" button.
