Competition results and team achievements

The 27th sports games dedicated to the 70th anniversary of JINR were held in ten sports in February - March.

The Spartakiad started with cross-country skiing in February, as well as with matches of the round-robin stage of the football tournament, the rest of the competitions took place in March. On the birthday of the Institute, according to tradition, in the JINR Sports Club, we held the final games and the award ceremony.

In cross-country skiing competitions, the best in their categories were: Polina Filonchik, Maria Alikina, Artem Svintsitsky, Alexey Butorin, Artem Kublikov (1st place); Lyubov Potapova, Dmitry Kharitonov, Evgenia Barzylovich, Valery Pashinsky, Alexey Larionov (2nd place); Maxim Podlesnyy, Larisa Peshkova, Alexey Altynov, Oleg Pchelintsev (3rd place).

6 teams participated in the volleyball tournament: PCDD, NICA, FLNP, "Management", "Nauka" and "Veterans". The teams "Management" and "Veterans" reached the final and in the match for the third place, the FLNP team met with the NICA team. As a result of a close contest, the first place was won by the team “Veterans”, the second - by the “Management” and the third place - by FLNP. The award "Best player" in various categories of the tournament was won by: Nikolay Kalinin, Evgeny Mikhailov, Nikita Kurylev, Danila Kazakov and Elena Pankratova.

Seven teams competed in football competitions this year: FLNP, Military Unit 3559, Special Fire and Rescue Unit, DLNP, FLNR, “Kazakhstan”, CED that played semi-finals after the round robin games. As a result, the CED and “Kazakhstan” teams met in the match for the title of absolute winner, the CED employees turned out to be stronger. In the match for the third place, the FLNP team beat the DLNP team. The best players of the tournament: Sergey Levshenkov, Pavel Korolev, Ersultan Arynbek and Dosbol Baigorashev.

Five teams participated in the table tennis tournament, in which the winners were the DLNP team, the second place was taken by the VBLHEP team and the third was FLNP. In the individual category, gold was won by Inna Tikhomirova and Dmitry Medvedev, silver was won by Lyudmila Ilyina and Evgeny Levin, bronze - by Svetlana Bryukhanova and Maxim Chelnokov.

Archery and air rifle shooting competitions were held in the shooting range of the Stadium “Nauka”, in which more and more employees participate every year. Winners and prize-winners among teams in archery: the first place - DLNP, the second - PLS team and the third place - for the team “Bukhluk”. In the individual competition, gold was won by Elizaveta Konstantinova and Hussein Karatash, silver - by Yulia Parfenova and Badmaaraga Altangerela, bronze was won by Alina Pevneva and Vladimir Gryaznov. Air rifle shooting competitions were traditionally held in family, personal, team competitions, as well as among the children of employees. The results of the team standings: the first place - "Russia", the second - FLNP, the third was the VBLHEP-Krio 1 team. In the family standings: the first - the Dolovovs, the second - Arynbek, the third place - for the Sidorenko family. In the individual competition, gold - for Alexey Livanov and Oksana Dolovova, silver result was shown by Andrey Churakov and Elena Seleverstova, bronze - for Igor Zhironkin, Vadim Sidorenko and Kira Shubina.

Separate souvenirs were awarded to the Peshkov and Komissarov families, Victoria Vartik, Anastasia Shchipunova, Vadim Sidorenko, Tatyana and Evgeny Zaitsevs. For many years of participation with the same team, the team of Kazakhstan was awarded with memorable souvenirs.

Kettlebell lifting competitions took place on four tournament days. Over the entire period of the tournament, seven teams took part in it. As a result, the first place among the teams of the Institute was taken by the VBLHEP team, the second place was taken by FLNP and the third - by FLNR.

In the basketball tournament, eleven teams won prizes in the categories “JINR” and “Guests of the tournament”. The winners and prize-winners among JINR teams were “Farmers”, “Good luck” and “Kazakhstan” teams.

The results of the chess tournament among the teams: the winner is MLIT, the second place is VBLHEP, the third is for VBLHEP+FLNR team. In the personal category among employees, Evgeny Alexandrov took the first place, Alexander Makarov took the second, Ramin Barak became the third.

In the darts tournament, the Kazakhstan team won gold, the CED won silver and the PCDD team won bronze. In the individual competition, Ilakhi Akhmadova and Ersultan Arynbek became the best, the second - Olga Bulakh and Andrey Kazakov, the third - Aizhan Damir and Yury Savin.

We thank Directorate of the Institute for the opportunity to hold annual competitions at a high level. Holding Sports Games is impossible without a team of judges.
