Traditional Dzhelepov Tennis Tournament

On 6 and 7 August, the 23rd International Tennis Tournament dedicated to the memory of Venedikt and Boris Dzhelepovs was held at the JINR tennis courts near the Arkhimed pool.

This year 38 athletes took part in it. According to the "Sport at JINR" group, the cosmonaut Sergey Treshchev, the vice-president of the Association of Security Service of the Russian Federation Vladimir Barashkov, as well as tennis players from Moscow, Smolensk and Lipetsk were among the guests of the tournament.

Results of the men's doubles tournament:

1st place: Pavel Zhdanov and Igor Novikov;
2nd place: Sergey Treshchev and Oleg Koshcheev,
3rd place: Yury Molodchenko and Vladimir Barashkov.

Women's doubles results:

1st place: Tonya Shveykovskaya and Anya Starateleva;
2nd place: Amira Travina and Yuliya Zaitseva;
3rd place: Irina Klimova and Oksana Kuzmina.

Mixed doubles results:

1st place: Anya Starateleva and Nikita Vozhov;
2nd place: Amira Travina and Mikhail Beznogikh;
3rd place: Andrey Kolesnikov and Tonya Shveikovskaya.
